Morning Mentor Meditation for Beginners

What is Meditation for Beginners and where can it be found?

Is the concept of meditation to far “out there” for you? Are you looking for meditation for beginners so you are not overwhelmed?

Meditation has become more acceptable to the mainstream. Even high-level executives have a daily meditation process. One of the methods that I use is what I call my Morning Mentor Meditation.

I visualize myself and my mentors sitting around a conference table or at a coffee shop or around a campfire. I then ask these mentors whatever questions I may have about my business or projects that I am currently working on.

In the past, I have had people such as my friend Patrick Weseman, I have also had Donald Trump, and Jim Rohn and Tony Robbins.  It is always fascinating to hear what these different personalities have to say about the projects I am working on.
