What are Real Estate Investment Trusts and are the risky?
Investing in Real Estate can be very risky if you are buying and holding, flipping or doing your own “fixer-upers” to make quick cash. so then, what about Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)?
However, if you prefer to take LESS risk and don’t want to pick up a hammer, then perhaps REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) is an option for you.
